Fall 2022 Prep Schedule
- Pick which class (or classes!) you'd like to take (BSTEM, STATS, English and course descriptions are below)... then pick a time and a session (or sessions!).
- To register for the classes below, please email omiri@mtsac.edu with your A# and the CRN for the course you would like.
- You can also try to go into your Portal and register for the corresponding CRN. Just a reminder that all AIME classes are FREE and will not impact your GPA.
- Online classes are accessible through Canvas.
- Make sure you choose SUMMER when you register (as it's technically part of that term)

MATH PREPARATION FOR STATISTICS SUCCESS (STATS)
BS MPS
This course is a review of arithmetic and algebraic skills that are required to be
successful in college statistics. Introduction into basic vocabulary and concepts
of statistics. Emphasis on critical reading and thinking skills as they pertain to
college statistics.
MATH PREPARATION FOR BSTEM SUCCESS (BSTEM)
BS MPSTM
This course is a review of algebraic skills to be successful in BSTEM (Business, Science,
Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) courses.
ENGLISH PREPARATION FOR COLLEGE SUCCESS
BS EPCS
This course develops expository and argumentative essay and research paper formatting.
Emphasizes critical reading of academic material for college coursework.
