Alison Chamberlain

Alison Chamberlain has been a Professor in the Biological Sciences Department at Mt. SAC since 2006. She teaches human anatomy, human physiology, and cadaver prosection courses.  She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from California State University Bakersfield and a Master’s of Science degree in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.  She had goals of becoming a pharmacist before renewing a passion for teaching while in graduate school.  She is completely dedicated to the success of her students and continues to learn something new every semester.  The photo to the left was taken in May 2017 when she was honored with an Educator of Distinction Award.
